Shipping & Return Policy
We’re online shoppers too so we appreciate a clear and concise return policy. Please take the time to read our return policy for a smooth experience.
1. To be eligible for a full refund, return your ANCHA beachwear in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene stickers attached within 10 days of receiving your order (counted from the courier’s recorded date of delivery).
2. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Tracking is highly recommended to ensure the parcel is sent and received. ANCHA is not liable for returns without tracking that never arrive.
3. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected. If the product shows signs that it has been worn, damaged or is missing the original tags and/or hygiene stickers, then a refund will not be issued.
4. For customers eligible for free shipping at the time of purchase, the standard flat fee shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
5. Customers eligible for refunds will be credited within 21 days of the date ANCHA receives the return (counted from the courier’s recorded date of delivery).
6. All communication will be conducted via email. Please ensure that emails from return(at)ancha.com are not being blocked or going to SPAM.
